 Presented by 4 times World Champion Nancy Andrews, this years INBF Monster Mash is being held in Marlborough, Ma.
Always held around Halloween time, this event is one of the most prestigious and largest "all natural" Body Building events on the east coast .
Best Body Bikini - This class is divided by height. Competitors need
to wear a two piece suit. It can be decorated, metallic etc. NO
THONGS are allowed. Competitors will do a model walk and also the quarter
turns. The judges are looking for a softer look than
figure. Competitors still need to be fit but do not need to
show the muscularity and leanness of a figure competitor. Judges will be
looking for a shapely fit body and beautiful face and presentation.
Scoring will be done through a point system.
Master's will be offered for over 40 years old.
Fit Body - This class is perfect for figure competitors who want to do
posing or may have been told they are too muscular for figure. Competitors
must wear a two piece suit. It can be decorated. NO THONGS are
allowed. Competitors will go through Quarter Turns and then will be
required to do four mandatory poses. They are:
1. Front Double Bicep
2. Back Double Bicep
3. Side Chest - either side
4. Side Tricep - either side
5. Abs/Thigh
Hands should be open to make the poses look more feminine.
Competitors will NOT have to do a posing routine at the finals.
Master's will be offered for over 40 years old.
