I have had many questions on the September 11th seminar so I would like to give you all additional information.
 
Perfect Nutrition with Dr. Joe Klemczewski: 
   2 hour nutrition lecture where you learn how to diet for competition - you will learn what the top pros are doing to maintain their muscle mass and lose body fat.  You may think you have heard it all but after listening to Joe, you will learn something.  I have heard this lectures 30 times and I still pick up something new every time.
 
Perfect Peaking with Dr. Joe Klemczewski:
   2 hour lectures where you will learn how to come in as big and full as possible and as dry and hard is possible.  Dr.Joe will give you the information on how he is able to dial in his clients come that final week before the big show. 
 
Perfect Posing with Nancy Andrews:
   Bill Murphy and Melissa Kelley - learn how to make your physique look the best it can.  We will cover figure, bodybuilding and fitbody.
 
Boot Camp with Tyler English:
   You will get the best one hour workout ever.  Tyler knows how to get you in shape.
 
Other lectures that will be offered include:
  Contest specifics for bodybuilding and figure, how to stay motivated, supplements, training plans and many more.
