Directions to Gold's Gym

From points WEST (Springfield)
Mass Pike East to the Auburn Exit. Get off the exit and stay in the left
lane. Get onto Route 290 EAST. Stay on 290 to exit 20 Burncoat Street /
Lincoln Street. At the traffic light go left over Route 290. You are on
Burncoat Street. Go through a set of lights. Take the first left onto
Millbrook Street. You will be coming up on the back side of the gym, Gold's
gym is on the left. From Millbrook Street turn left onto Dewey St. and left
into the parking lot.

From CT/NY
95 NORTH to 91 NORTH. (Meriden, CT) to Hartford, CT. In Hartford get onto 84
EAST. The sign will say Boston, MA. Follow 84 EAST to the Mass Pike. Get onto
the Mass Pike in Sturbridge, MA. Mass Pike East to the Auburn Exit. Get off
the exit and stay in the left lane. Get onto Route 290 EAST. Stay on 290 to
exit 20 Burncoat Street / Lincoln Street. At the traffic light go left over
Route 290. You are on Burncoat Street. Go through a set of lights. Take the
first left onto Millbrook Street. You will be coming up on the back side of
the gym, Gold's gym is on the left. From Millbrook Street turn left onto
Dewey St. and left into the parking lot.

From points EAST (Boston)
Mass Pike to Westboro Exit. Get onto 495 NORTH. Get onto Route 290 WEST.
Follow Route 290 to Exit 20 Lincoln Street/Route 70 Worcester. You will see
Allmerica Financial as you come off the exit. At the light go straight. At
the next light, turn right onto Burncoat Street. Take the first left onto
Millbrook Street. You will be coming up on the back side of the gym, Gold's
gym is on the left. From Millbrook Street turn left onto Dewey St. and left
into the parking lot.

From Lowell/New Hampshire Area
Route 495 SOUTH to Route 290 WEST. Follow Route 290 to Exit 20 Lincoln
Street/Route 70 Worcester. You will see Allmerica Financial as you come off
the exit. At the light go straight. At the next light, turn right onto
Burncoat Street. Take the first left onto Millbrook Street. You will be
coming up on the back side of the gym, Gold's gym is on the left. From
Millbrook Street turn left onto Dewey St. and left into the parking lot.

Route 495 NORTH to Route 290 WEST. Follow Route 290 to Exit 20 Lincoln

Route 146 North to Worcester. Get onto Route 290 East. Stay on 290 to exit 20
Burncoat Street / Lincoln Street. At the traffic light go left over Route
290. You are on Burncoat Street. Take the first left onto Millbrook Street.
You will be coming up on the back side of the gym, Gold's gym is on the left..
From Millbrook Street turn left onto Dewey St. and left into the parking
lot.
